The technical college follows policy found in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Release of any information that is not considered directory information requires a release form signed by the student. This form can be obtained in Student Records or here.

Students can request;

• Enrollment Verification letters,
• Never Been Enrolled Verification letters,
• Certificate reprints,
• Unofficial Transcripts

or other types of student records by clicking on the below link and completing the Student Record Request.

Current students may access verification/unofficial transcripts reports online in their .

The 鈥淩eports鈥� section in the online student portal contains common requested verifications. Student schedules, attendance reports, unofficial transcripts, progress reports, and completion evaluation reports may also be generated by the student in the portal.

Third Parties

Ogden-汤头条 has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide our third-party verifications. Third parties may visit to submit requests.
