Kaizen is Japanese for 鈥淐ontinuous Improvement,鈥� or sometime used for 鈥淐hange for the Better.鈥� With this in mind, Kaizen is a system that involves everyone – staff, faculty, students, visitors, and administration. Everyone is encouraged to come up with improvement suggestions on a regular basis to improve the surroundings and processes of the campus. Kaizen suggestion boxes and forms are located in each building or you may use the link below.聽 The form must identify: What is the problem, what is the solution and the name of the submitter.
